Plan of Arrangement Complete for New Listing
On January 20, 2011, Kent Exploration Inc, the parent Company of Archean Star Resources, announce the January 28, 2011 as Date of Record for the Spin-Off of Archean Star Resources Inc, and the Gnaweeda Gold Project in West Australia, into a new company that is to be listed on the TSX Venture Exchange. Shareholders of Kent will receive 1 new share in Archean Star Resources for each four shares of Kent they hold at the Record Date. Application is being made to the TSX Venture Exchange to list Archean Star on that Exchange
