Graeme O'Neill - President & CEO
Mr. O'Neill is President CEO and Director of both Kent Exploration Inc and Archean Star Resources Inc, which was spun off from Kent Exploration Inc and has managed the affairs of Kent Exploration Inc since 2004. He has extensive experience in and understands the regulatory environment, and is experienced in the interpretation and application of regulations imposed by government and other regulatory agencies as well as being experienced in logistics, planning and operations of large projects.
Dr. Clay M. Conway, Ph.D. P.Geol - Director and Qualified Person
Dr. Conway graduated from Brigham Young University in 1966 with a B.Sc. in Geology and obtained his Ph.D. in Geology from the California Institute of Technology in 1975. He is a Senior Fellow of the Geological Society of America, a Fellow of the Society of Economic Geologists, is a Registered Geologist in both Utah and Arizona and a Registered Member of the Society for Mining, Metallurgy and Exploration.
As a Research Scientist at the U.S. Geological Survey from 1975 to 1996, he conducted mineral deposit research with a specialty in massive sulphide deposits, completed mapping and structural studies of mineral lands both regionally and at deposit level, and carried out numerous mineral resource assessments of public lands.
Prior to joining the Company, Dr. Conway was an independent geologic consultant conducting mapping, structural studies and integrated studies for the exploration of ore deposits and groundwater development. He has conducted exploration programs for vein and disseminated gold deposits, vein and replacement silver deposits, base metal carbonate replacement and massive sulfide deposits in the U.S., Mexico, Honduras, Saudi Arabia, Australia, and New Zealand.
Mr. Michael England, Director
Mr. England became involved in the public markets in the early 80's, becoming licensed and working with firms such as Richardson Greenshields and RBC Dominion Securities. Since 1995, Mr. England has been involved with public companies and holds or has held various corporate directorships. In this capacity, he has been instrumental in several mineral and resource property acquisitions and financings. He also provides strategic business consulting, investor relations services and capital financing services to public companies.
Mr. Philip Bruce, Director
Mr. Bruce is the Managing Director of Hill End Gold Ltd, an Australian Stock Exchange ("ASX") listed company, and has held senior management positions in other companies, including Managing Director of Triako Resources Ltd, General Manager - Development for Plutonic Resources Ltd, CEO of PT BHP Indonesia and a director of Buka Minerals Ltd and Ausmelt Ltd.
Mr. John Pegg, CA, Director
Mr. Pegg is a Chartered Accountant who has worked in merchant banking and commerce in England. Prior to establishing Pegg & Associates, he held a variety of senior accounting, auditing and management roles in Australian Accounting firms and holds several board positions in Australian companies.
Mr. Robin Peterson, CGA, Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Peterson is a Chartered General Accountant with a number of years experience with the resource industry. He has held senior accounting positions with public resource companies. Currently he is also the Chief Financial Officer of Kent Exploration Inc.
