Bunarra

The Bunarra Prospect is located in the southern part of the project, where a small area of outcrop of quartz stockwork and hydrothermal alteration is centered on numerous historic shallow pits (Image 1). With the December 2010 - March 2011 drill program of7 holes totaling 1,290 meters the Company geologists have determined that the mineralized zone strikes NNW to SSE with an approximately vertical dip. A Petrographic Analysis has indicated the gold is visible as discreet particles within the abundant arseno-pyrite/pyrite occurrences in the core and an IP Survey has identified a large IP Chargeability Anomaly to the east of the area drilled.(Photo 2) Additionally, visible gold has been identified in quartz in BN008(Photo 3 and 4)

Significant gold mineralisation was encountered in the first round of drilling at Bunarra in March 2010. A 50 meter gold bearing intersection was encountered in BN003 from 100 meters downhole to the bottom of the hole at 154 meters. A high grade intersection of 18 meters at 11.09 g/t Au, including 1 meter at 99.1 g/t Au was encountered between 115 meters downhole to 133 meters downhole. Drilling tested gold mineralisation exposed at surface and encountered in shallow RC drilling carried out by Dominion Mining in the late 1980s. .

A second phase of drilling commenced on December 3, 2010. BN004 and BN005 were drilled approximately 20 meters to the northeast of BN003. BN004 was drilled directly under BP2 conduected by Dominion Mining and intersected three zones. The first zone of 5 meters of 0.4 g/t Au was intersected approximately 25 meters downhole, the second zone of approximately 7 meters of 0.8 g/t Au (including 1 meter at 1.92 g.t Au) was intersected directly below the Dominion Mining hole BP2, while a 3rd new zone of 1.3 meters at 14.6 g/t Au was intersected at approximately 145 meters downhole.

BN005 intersected the mineralized zone containing abundant arseno-pyrite/pyrite approximately 117 meters downhole and continued until approximately 220 meters downhole, where pyrite became more abundant. The hole was terminated in weak mineralization at 265 meters and intersected 79 meters grading 0.31 g/t Au, that is common in the Murchisaon gold district and is normally identified as a low grade halo in close proximity to the high grade gold zones. Diamond drill holes BN006 through BN010 were completed approximately February 11th 2011 and visible gold was identified in BN008.
